2.Module A1 - Corrosion Control

Any BAPC organisation with suitable facilities

Class Size

Maximum of eight (8) volunteers per session

Applicability

All volunteers in the Aviation Heritage sector

Course Aim

To provide volunteers with the necessary knowledge to identify different types of paints and surface finish treatments.To provide volunteers with the necessary knowledge to assist with paint stripping and re-painting activities.

Assessment

Assessment will be carried out by means of a question paper containing Multiple Choice Questions. The pass mark shall be 80%.

All volunteers may choose whether or not to undergo assessment. Anyone opting for the package will incur a £5.00 registration fee payable to City & Guilds.
